I like the app. But there are a few problems: -often it takes quite a while to find my location (it seems also not to search for the location as the GPS icon does not appear) -sometimes the app breaks while parking or loses internet connection (although it works fine). Returning to the parking session is impossible (is it still active?, do I have to buy another ticket?, cancelling is also not possible!) Those points decrease the whole experience a bit.

When PayPal was working, the App had great User Experience. One click and forget, all done. Since you do not have PayPal integrated, the App is trash (just saw that my last Bill went to Inkasso). Why the hell did you do it?! You have managed to destroy such a good product. What people want is to click once and forget about the payment, not to think about it for next two months. One Star, fix payment issue and I will change the Review.

Hallo, vielen Dank für die Rückmeldung. Wir haben nichts verändert, PayPal ist nach wie vor in der PARCO-App integriert und als Zahlungsmittel verfügbar. Vielleicht gibt es ein Problem mit Deinem PayPal-Account? Bitte wende Dich an support@parco-app.de , die Kollegen helfen Dir gerne, die Ursache des Problems zu finden.

The last parking events are loading infinitely. Purchase price at checkout is always showing 0,00 Euros irrespective of parking hours selected.
